These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AI Search Masters, LLC services. We provide digital visibility optimization and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) services.
1. Services
AI Search Masters offers visibility audits, implementation, content creation, and optimization consulting. We cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, AI citations, visibility outcomes, traffic results, or placement.
2. Payment Terms
Setup and implementation fees are due upfront. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe or similar payment processors.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Partial refunds are exceptionally rare and only considered when no deliverables have been produced.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
•Provide accurate information
•Grant necessary platform access
•Approve deliverables in a timely manner
•Maintain communication throughout the engagement
Delays caused by clients do not entitle them to refunds or expedited delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
AI Search Masters retains ownership of all methodologies and frameworks. Clients receive a limited license to use final deliverables for business purposes only, with restrictions on copying, reselling, or reverse-engineering.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties must maintain confidentiality of non-public information. The company may use anonymized data for analytics.
7. Service Delivery & Timelines
Timelines are estimates subject to client responsiveness, platform limitations, and algorithm updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
AI Search Masters is not liable for indirect damages and caps liability at amounts actually paid by the client.
9. Noncompetition & Nonsolicitation
Clients cannot use company deliverables for competing services for 24 months post-engagement.
10. Termination
Either party can terminate with written notice. Monthly services require 14-day notice before renewal.
11. Miscellaneous
These terms are governed by Florida law; disputes shall be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida. Terms may be updated at any time.
