That depends on how you pay. Monthly payments start at signing. With your website up front, you pay for your website at signing and your Growth Services monthly from the day your site launches. Either way, your six months of Growth Services start at launch, and onboarding or approval delays never shorten them.
You have 60 days after signing to complete onboarding. We'll remind you along the way and offer more time if you need it. If onboarding isn't completed and we haven't started production, you can cancel for a full refund, as set out in your agreement.
We send friendly reminders. Client review and approval delays extend the build timeline without reducing your six full months of included services. Content requires your approval before publication.
A site with nothing new on it tends to lose ground over time. Growth Services are the ongoing work that builds your AI visibility, and we track it against your baseline every month.
Your package is committed: your eight monthly payments, or your website payment and six monthly Growth Services payments. You can choose not to renew at your review, and your service ends when your term is complete, as set out in your agreement.
Yes, as set out in your agreement: at launch if you pay for your website up front or pay in full, or after your eighth payment if you pay monthly. While you're on Growth Services, we host and manage your site so we can keep doing the work.
No. We build every core page your site needs. For a much larger build, we'll scope it with you first.
