AI Search Masters, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.aisearchmasters.com, our client portal, our free AI visibility check, and the services we provide under our Terms & Conditions and client agreements.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, email, phone number, business name, website, market or service area, and other details you submit through our forms, the free AI visibility check, audit intake, onboarding, or communications with our team.
Information we access to perform services: with your authorization, we access business accounts and data needed for the work — for example Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, your website and hosting or domain accounts, and third-party directories. We use this access solely to deliver the services.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our website we and our analytics providers collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser type, approximate location, and IP address, using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Analytics below).
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information; we receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details needed for our records.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to perform the services described in your client agreement; to run audits and visibility analyses, including querying public AI and search platforms about your business and market; to deliver reports and project updates; to communicate with you about your account and, with your consent or as permitted by law, about our services; to improve our website, services, and offerings; and to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics (including Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some site features. We may also use scheduling and communication tools (such as Calendly and email platforms) that set their own cookies subject to their providers' policies.
5. Data Confidentiality
Client data, reports, and credentials remain confidential and are handled in accordance with the confidentiality provisions of our Terms & Conditions and client agreements. Access credentials you provide are used solely to perform the services and are shared internally only with team members who need them.
6. Data Retention
We keep project-related data as long as needed to fulfill contractual obligations, maintain audit and reporting history, and meet legal and accounting requirements, unless you request deletion. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We implement technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
8. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@aisearchmasters.com. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us; we will still send transactional messages about your account and services. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, such as the right to know, correct, or delete personal information and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We honor such requests as required by applicable law and will verify your identity before acting on them.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
